Who We Are
Realta Systems' mission is to make nuclear energy cost-competitive through advanced robotics by reducing operations and maintenance costs. By providing radiation‑tolerant, autonomous robot arms and UGVs paired with a centralized robot operations center, Realta Systems enables force multiplication, allowing one operator to supervise multiple robots across different domains performing repetitive or hazardous tasks.

The current problem we aim to solve
Nuclear energy faces sustained cost pressure due to labor-intensive operations and maintenance activities, coupled with a shrinking, aging workforce. These issues will only get worse as demand for nuclear power grows in the commercial and government sectors. Feedback from nuclear plant designers and utilities that own nuclear plants shows how these issues lead to higher O&M costs and front-end design complexity. The persistence of workforce shortages and the long operating life of nuclear facilities indicate that this challenge will remain for decades and worsen unless robots are used for automation, as other industries have done.

Our robots come in different forms to support varying applications. Our main offerings are UGVs, and manipulators attached to masts on overhead cranes. Other applications in include UAVs, tracked or stationary manipulators

Ecosystem Overview
Realta Systems is deploying autonomous, radiation‑tolerant robots that multiply the effectiveness of one human operator through a one‑to‑many control architecture. Enabling nuclear power plants to reduce operations and maintenance costs, improve worker safety, and overcome workforce shortages. Our robots have multiple levels of autonomy that enable them to perform complex or critical tasks safely.

ROC
The ROC is the central command console for our architecture. Its where the operator can monitor, take control, plan tasks, troubleshoot, and review analysis outputs of the whole system. The operator has a group of displays and HOTAS systems with mouse and keyboard for intervene with the robots.

VNPR
The VNPR is a autonomous mobile robot with dual manipulators that can perform different tasks on a site. All at varying levels of autonomy that is adjustable by the customer. Some of these tasks include:
